Make a list of all the reasons you know you CAN win the lottery using past history as proof, and then make a list of how you know it is not likely to happen again…. that is what we need to clean up. The third list is how the money disappeared and all the EMOTIONS around the fact that you are back in a broke situation, including any resentments you FEEL about farm machinery and the expense and lack of good profit in farming these days. Focus on how you know and what you feel.
Yes, I love the shelving technique because it clears up a lot of things all at once, like swiping an entire lineup of dominoes off the table. Then you deal only with the stubborn parts that are left. I have a variety of ways I have expressed this technique depending on the client and the circumstances.

Our meeting and our session was really meant to be. I have a quick little story. I have an email friend in New Jersey. We have so much in common and we share LOA info all the time. Finally a few months ago I told my friend about my lottery win and she told her business partner.
